Overview

As an ERP Solution Consultant at Pipe17, you will be involved in pre-sales, customer onboarding, and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation of the Pipe17 platform.

In Short

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers post-sale.
  • Guide customers in leveraging Pipe17 based on best practices.
  • Build in-depth relationships with customers to understand their business goals.
  • Lead multiple projects during the implementation phase.
  • Translate business requirements into product use cases.
  • Configure Pipe17 products based on customer needs.
  • Perform troubleshooting and development assistance for customers.
  • Coach customers to improve adoption of Pipe17.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer goals.
  • Create and improve documentation for customer self-service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the software/tech industry.
  • Experience with customer onboardings for ERP systems.
  • Understanding of integrations using REST APIs.
  • Experience with configuring SaaS products.
  • Ecommerce experience is highly desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid project management and customer management skills.
  • Experience with order to cash flow processes.
  • Exposure to integrations with NetSuite.
