The SMB Account Executive will own the full sales cycle and play a critical role in shaping the company's revenue motion while working remotely in Canada and the US.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of full-cycle SMB sales experience in MarTech SaaS.
  • Direct experience with partnership and affiliate marketing.
  • Proven ability to sell to marketers owning partnerships or performance channels.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to simplify complex MarTech products into clear narratives.
  • Confident in leading discovery calls, demos, and negotiations.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven by ownership of sales targets.
  • Builder mentality with an ability to operate without a playbook.
  • Excited by startup environments and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience selling into growth or marketing teams is a plus.
