This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Account Executive. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients. Your ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions will be key to negotiating contracts that secure new business while expanding existing accounts. Joining a diverse and dynamic team, you’ll play a crucial part in transforming how global talent connects with leading companies, ultimately contributing to the creation of a more inclusive economy.

In Short

  • Own a targeted account list and develop account plans for winning business with companies between 200 - 2,000 employees
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, biannually, and yearly revenue targets
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and collaboration with the sales development team
  • Navigate enterprises to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals
  • Recognize organizational financial and behavioral structures and obstacles
  • Keep Salesforce updated with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data

Requirements

  • 5+ years selling in the ENT segment
  • Track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding new logos in an MM software role
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives in Fortune 5000 companies
  • Hunter mentality with a strong sales DNA and desire for continual learning
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing responsibilities
  • Fluent in English
