Technical Success Manager - Remote

Overview

This fully remote role within the US & Canada focuses on helping leading brands scale faster by making complex partner technology feel effortless. You will have real ownership over onboarding, integrations, and technical execution, directly influencing client retention and success.

In Short

• Own technical onboarding and ongoing execution for customers.
• Manage integrations, tracking accuracy, and platform configuration.
• Act as the technical bridge between clients, product, and engineering.

• Lead technical discovery during sales handoff.
• Troubleshoot tracking, integration, and reporting issues.

• Surface recurring technical issues and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in technical onboarding for SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience with affiliate or partnership tracking platforms.
• Strong experience with integrations, especially Shopify.
• Background in technical, client-facing roles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflows.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with tools like Chrome DevTools.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency and precision.
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities.
