Overview

Our client is a fast-growing, U.S.-based SaaS company that’s transforming the way engineers and manufacturers around the world buy and use software. This role will support the sales team by owning sales systems, pipeline hygiene, reporting, and operational execution.

In Short

  • Administer and maintain the CRM, ensuring data hygiene.
  • Own pipeline structure and ensure consistent use of sales stages.
  • Build and maintain standard sales dashboards and reports.
  • Support pipeline and forecast reporting.
  • Monitor pipeline health and flag risks.
  • Document sales processes and reporting standards.
  • Support onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Act as primary contact for sales systems questions.
  • Continuously improve sales operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and reporting.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work closely with sales leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Clear communicator who enforces processes.
  • Self-directed and accountable.
