CyberSheath Services International LLC is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider primarily focused on providing Cybersecurity services to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). We are excited to be expanding our staff due to our growth and are looking to add a Sales Operations Specialist to our team!

In Short

• Act as an operational partner to the sales team, providing structured guidance and support.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize new products and initiatives.
• Administer and optimize sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce.
• Establish and enforce data governance rules across all GTM tools.
• Support rollout and adoption of new processes and tools.
• Oversee account transitions and renewal workflows.
• Lead initiatives from concept to completion.
• 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and forecasting methodologies.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce including object management and layouts.
• Hands-on experience with sales productivity tools.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
