HR Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a technology-driven organization, we are looking for an HR Operations Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. With at least 5 years of experience, you will play a critical role in scaling our culture, streamlining operations, and supporting our most valuable asset: our people.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end experience for employees, from seamless onboarding to impactful offboarding.
• Manage and optimize our HRIS to ensure data accuracy and generate insightful analytics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on performance management and conflict resolution.
• Administer competitive benefits programs and assist with compensation benchmarking.
• Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and internal policies for compliance.
• Partner with leadership to design initiatives that foster inclusion and boost morale.
• Support reporting cycles and manage audits.
• Ensure HRIS data entry accuracy and manage documentation workflows.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and manage payroll operations.
• Proactively identify issues in the employee experience and propose solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-SCP or PHR designation is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, UKG, Workday).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing employee experience issues.
