Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to strengthen our team in Vienna, providing support in various HR functions such as payroll, recruiting, and learning & development.

In Short

• Support the HR team in administrative and organizational matters.
• Assist in the creation and management of HR documents.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, diploma).
• Several years of experience in HR administration.
• Knowledge of labor law and payroll processing is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Team-oriented, communicative, and responsible personality.
• Structured and solution-oriented way of thinking and working.
• Strong willingness to perform and a hands-on mentality.
