The HR Operations Specialist at Binance will manage various administrative processes related to workforce management, ensuring compliance and efficiency in HR operations.

• Facilitate all workforce administrative processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle employee inquiries and maintain a knowledge database.
• Administer employee timesheets and compensation data for payroll.
• Manage enrolment and termination for commercial insurance.
• Support international assignments and work with Global Mobility on visa services.
• Maintain employee and organization data in HRIS.
• Generate HR data reports and dashboards.
• Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws.
• Improve and optimize administrative processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience in a large MNC or financial services is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Customer-oriented and adaptable to change.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
