HR Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The HR Operations Specialist is a key contributor to our HR team in Costa Rica, ensuring excellent service delivery and guidance in HR policies and processes. This role is instrumental in driving HR operational excellence and supporting our people services and analytics initiatives.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Facilitate the use of HR systems and processes.
• Collaborate with HRIS to manage system incidences.
• Contribute to HR analytics and reporting.
• Partner with payroll for employee compensation.
• Participate in HR operational efficiency projects.
• Oversee relationships with people services providers.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee files.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support process automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Experience in HR projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of reporting tools is preferred.
• Advanced degree studies in HR or related field preferred.
