HR Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining HR data, employee records, and overseeing HR administration activities for our Welltechers in Ukraine and contractors in other locations.

In Short

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data within our HR system.
• Oversee HR administration tasks, including drafting agreements.
• Prepare monthly inputs for payroll calculations.
• Administer benefits and maintain an updated database.
• Provide first-line support on HR matters.
• Develop and maintain Global HR policies and procedures.
• Administer and update our Confluence space.
• Collaborate with global teams.
• Propose solutions for process improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor law and market practices.
• Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
• Native in Ukrainian and fully fluent in English.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for global collaboration.
• Proactive approach to process improvement.
• Experience with Workday, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Docs/Sheets, Excel.
