HR-Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR-Operations Specialist to strengthen our team at our office location in 1030 Vienna, providing support in various HR administrative and organizational tasks.

In Short

• Support the HR team in payroll, recruiting, and learning & development.
• Assist in creating and managing HR documents, from employment contracts to exit documents.
• Manage and maintain applicant and employee data.
• Perform general organizational and coordinating tasks such as meeting and training preparation and follow-up.
• Act as an interface to internal departments and external partners.
• Contribute to HR projects and take on a system admin role for our HR software.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, diploma).
• Several years of experience in HR administration.
• Knowledge of labor law and experience in payroll processing is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Team-oriented, communicative, and responsible personality.
• Structured and solution-oriented way of thinking and working.
• Strong willingness to perform and a hands-on mentality.
