PHIL is a health-tech startup building a platform that streamlines prescription management and delivery. We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead our data engineering function and build a best-in-class data platform.

• Lead the development of data pipelines and backend services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in software development, focusing on data.
• 8+ years in data engineering or similar roles.
• Experience with modern data warehousing and lakehouse technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Golang and Python.
• Experience with SQL and data structures.
• Ability to work through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in health-tech is a plus.
