• Lead the development and maintenance of data pipelines for PHIL.
• Design and implement backend data services and APIs.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to enhance data quality.
• Optimize performance for data ingestion and transformation.
• Maintain documentation of data systems and workflows.

• Work with remote development and QA teams.
• Understand complex business processes and user needs.
• Deliver secure, scalable, and testable code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development focusing on data.
• Experience in building secure end-to-end systems.
• Proficient in Golang, PostgresDB, and MongoDB.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data structures.
• Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ownership of core logic in consumer experience.
• Experience with Looker, Snowflake, and dbt is a plus.
• Experience in health-tech is preferred.
