Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ in architectural leadership.
• Proven experience in designing and scaling complex systems.
• Deep expertise in backend systems and distributed architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience in simplifying complex systems.
• Expertise in data modeling and high-reliability data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or finance.
