Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with leadership roles.
• Proven success in technical architecture for large-scale consumer or fintech systems.
• Experience in guiding engineering strategy in complex, regulated environments.
• Expertise in the European payments landscape and KYC/AML compliance.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with engineers and executives.
• Track record of mentoring senior engineers.
• Experience with highly available, secure, and scalable distributed systems.
• Familiarity with international compliance regimes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
