Overview

Phil is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our provider and manufacturer experiences, focusing on strategy and product management to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, 3+ in a principal capacity.
• Proven track record of engaging with clients and external stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in user research and empathy-driven design.
• Experience managing complex workflows and stakeholder needs.
• Ability to communicate product strategy clearly to executives.
• Fluency with metrics-driven product management.
• Technical fluency for collaboration with engineers.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
