Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with operations-heavy platforms or internal tooling.
• Ability to define and drive product strategy in complex domains.
• Success in leading cross-functional teams.
• Fluency with data and metrics, managing KPIs and SLAs.
• Understanding of technical systems for collaboration with engineering.
• Ability to influence senior leadership on product strategy.
• Experience in healthcare, logistics, or fulfillment is a plus.
• Passion for improving patient care through scalable systems design.
