Product Operations Manager - Remote

In Short

• Design and implement processes for collecting user feedback and analyze data to drive product improvements.
• Organize user education programs to increase product understanding and satisfaction.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure completion of initiatives on schedule and to a high standard.
• Apply PMO best practices and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.
• Work closely with product, technical and marketing teams to ensure project objectives align with corporate strategy.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Regularly compile detailed product analytics reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Continually review and enhance product development and maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a role requiring strong technical and analytical skills, preferably in a consulting environment or a technology-focused industry.
• Experience in project management, process optimization, or product development within tech-centric settings is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to maintain clear judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
