In Short

• Design and implement a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop policies, procedures, controls and reporting to comply with regulatory requirements; provide training programs to foster Phantom’s compliance culture.
• Manage relationships with third-party compliance vendors.
• Provide compliance advice in connection with new product development.
• Oversee Sanctions and UK Financial Promotions compliance programs.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, finance law or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role within financial services, fintech or crypto industries.
• Demonstrated ability to build compliance programs.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, BSA, Global Sanctions, etc.
• Strong analytical skills to assess requirements and develop effective compliance strategies.
• Proven ability to lead compliance initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
