Overview

The Senior Business Operations Analyst will leverage expertise in healthcare claims and data analysis to support business decision-making and improve operational processes within healthcare payment integrity.

In Short

  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and improve processes.
  • Support new client implementations and existing programs.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis for insights.
  • Create complex queries for reporting needs.
  • Perform QA and UAT as needed.
  • Collaborate with technical and business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and SQL skills.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with healthcare claims data.
  • Knowledge of COB/TPL/MSP.
  • Experience with data modeling and analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and communicate business rules.
  • Initiative and diligence in operations tasks.
