Overview

As a Senior Business Solutions Analyst in our brand new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to play a role in acting as the vital liaison between business departments and the IT organization within Hyva.

In Short

• Act as a liaison between business departments and IT.
• Provide IT solutions addressing business demands.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand internal processes.
• Oversee post-implementation management and support.
• Focus on Finance business processes.
• Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Map end-to-end processes across departments.
• Design functional configurations for ERP systems.
• Provide first-level support to business units.
• Conduct root cause analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5 – 8 years of relevant experience with Finance-related systems.
• Exposure to ERP processes like AP, AR, GL, etc.
• Proven track record in implementation projects.
• Excellent understanding of ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate processes from a user perspective.
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Good grasp of project management methodologies.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to attend to urgent issues outside of hours.
