The Senior Business Solutions Analyst will define and support telecommunication services for the business sector at Vidéotron, focusing on maintaining solutions and projects while emphasizing automation.

In Short

Responsible for planning and standardizing all equipment and infrastructure for managed services.
Participate in the architecture setup of new services and upgrades.
Support the growing needs for network infrastructure and equipment.
Optimize availability and reliability of managed services.
Collaborate with manufacturers and partners on new technologies.
Develop and standardize new products and features.
Assist specialists in resolving complex technical issues.
Participate in level 3 support rotation for managed services.
Establish technical standards and training materials.
Drive automation efforts for managed services.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a specialization in telecommunications.
5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with technologies such as Juniper, Fortinet, BGP, IPv4/v6.
Proven experience in resolving complex bugs in telecommunication equipment.
Experience in a connectivity service provider or managed services environment.
Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
Bilingual (French/English).
Certifications from MEF, public cloud providers, and manufacturers (Fortinet, Juniper) are a plus.
Experience in network automation (Ansible, Python) is a plus.
