Overview

The Network Administrator Expert at Vidéotron is responsible for optimizing technology performance, interacting with internal clients, and sharing information with team members. This role requires deep analytical skills and the ability to diagnose root causes of issues.

In Short

• Recommend improvements for system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects on technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual (English and French).
• Available for remote support (24/7).
• Strong autonomy and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of CISCO IOS, routing, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and AAA authentication.
