Business Analyst - Healthcare Data Solutions - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a strategic and technically proficient Business Analyst to lead and collaborate with a team of Data Engineers in delivering scalable data solutions, with a focus on the Healthcare domain.

In Short

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams.
• Lead requirement sessions and data discovery workshops.
• Define and manage the scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Guide the development of ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• Support the implementation of FHIR-based data models.
• Analyze data requirements for healthcare data sources.
• Collaborate on data quality, security, and governance.
• Build user stories and documentation.
• Monitor project performance and identify risks.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Familiarity with FHIR and HL7 standards.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake, SQL, and Python workflows.
• Experience in writing business and functional requirements.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to perform data profiling and quality checks.
• Experience in agile SDLC environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
