Overview

As an Account Executive at PerfectServe, you will play a critical role in expanding revenue and strengthening strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector by collaborating closely with Customer Success and Experience teams.

In Short

  • Build and deepen value-driven relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and large physician groups.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Lead structured discovery to understand customer priorities.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored value propositions.
  • Navigate complex healthcare buying processes.
  • Identify and nurture internal champions for organizational buy-in.
  • 5+ years of enterprise or consultative healthcare sales experience required.
  • Experience influencing C-suite leaders and collaborating with post-sale teams.
  • Strong strategic and consultative selling skills needed.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Advanced degrees and relevant sales certifications are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • High business and financial acumen.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across long sales cycles.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
