Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for leading the full end-to-end sales cycle, sales and account management strategy development and identifying growth opportunities in the US Payer and Clinical Reasoning territory and accounts.

In Short

  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and manage sales strategies for US Payer and Clinical Reasoning accounts.
  • Generate new sales leads through networking and prospecting.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their business goals.
  • Manage customer challenges and roadblocks.
  • Present business reviews for client program performance.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations across healthcare programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience in payer environments.
  • Ability to close large and complex contracts in the US Payer space.
  • Experience consulting with executives in organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of payer solutions and healthcare plans.
  • Ability to manage and respond to ambiguity and solve complex problems.
  • Experience using software such as Google Suite and HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time.
