  • This role is the newest addition to our in-house People & Culture (P&C) team, where you will combine responsibilities across P&C administration, office management, and talent acquisition.
  • Joining our People & Culture team, you will report to the Senior P&C Lead EMEA/LATAM and have a dotted line reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for recruitment-related tasks.
  • You’ll play a key role in driving recruitment activities, supporting various P&C functions and managing office operations in Chile.
  • With a primary focus on the Chile office, you will work closely with colleagues, hiring managers, and local teams to ensure smooth office operations and successful talent acquisition efforts.
  • This role will allow you to make a significant impact while supporting Pepperstone’s overall goals.
  • This is a permanent, full-time/part-time role working on a hybrid model(2-3 days in office) from our office in Santiago.
  • We foster a supportive, growth-driven environment and encourage autonomy and initiative in all our team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including generalist, office management, and recruitment roles.
  • Native Spanish speaker with a good command of English.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in the region.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborative team player within a global, diverse team.
