Office and People Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and driven person to join our People team in Cyprus as the Office and People Specialist. You can expect to work on a lot of different projects to really make your impact and help continue to make Plum a great place to work.

In Short

• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Cyprus office.
• Contribute fresh ideas to the broader People Team.
• Organise company events including team bonding activities.
• Welcome guests to the office and ensure a positive experience.
• Manage employee records in our HRIS.
• Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Available to work from the office 4 days per week.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with HR Systems (HiBob is a plus).
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Good initiative and communication skills.
• Organised individual who can work proactively.
