Overview

The People Analytics Specialist will be responsible for delivering insights across all People metrics, focusing on creating and managing People Data dashboards, developing reporting structures, and improving our people analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in people analytics and HR data reporting.
• Curiosity to investigate hypotheses and develop insights.
• Deep understanding of people metrics and organizational health indicators.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency with data tools, including Sigma.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
