Overview

We are looking for a People Analytics & Reward Specialist to support our People, Planning, Controlling & Mobility team in managing various activities related to total rewards and people analytics.

• Design and manage the Total Reward and MBO process.
• Manage the salary process and define guidelines.
• Design and manage policies.
• Monitor and report on People Analytics.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Innate curiosity towards innovation.
