Overview

We’re looking for a passionate Level 1 Help Desk Specialist to join our team, supporting our client in Milan.

In Short

  • Provide first-line support through a ticketing system.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for issue diagnosis.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams for issue resolution.
  • Guide users on system functionalities.
  • Document all interventions and maintain operational manuals.
  • Respond to support calls and assistance tickets.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support.
  • Maintain relationships with users and stakeholders.
  • Replicate issues in a test environment if necessary.
  • Perform ongoing operational tasks based on business requests.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to handle first-line support requests.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with .NET frameworks and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Angular and IT service management processes.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus.
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills.
  • English proficiency for reading and writing.
