Overview

The Manager of Strategic Accounts will oversee business relationships and manage a team to support Group Purchasing Organizations and Integrated Delivery Networks, focusing on strategic initiatives across the U.S.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with Strategic Accounts Managers and Associate Strategic Account Managers.
  • Provide analytical support and collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Maintain pricing structures and collaborate on pricing programs.
  • Research and respond to RFIs and RFPs from healthcare organizations.
  • Conduct market analyses to determine customer needs.
  • Define negotiation parameters based on analytics.
  • Support growth rebate initiatives through business reviews.
  • Manage and develop the pricing team.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
  • Strong skills in sales management and commercial strategy.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
