Overview

As an Events & Congress Representative at Penumbra, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing events that drive medical innovation in the healthcare sector.

In Short

  • Plan, develop, and execute sponsorships for third-party events.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to create campaigns and materials.
  • Develop an annual event plan and manage budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with costs involving Healthcare Organizations.
  • Liaise with internal teams for logistical support.
  • Manage all logistical aspects of congresses and events.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Cvent is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proactive, accountable, and resilient in dynamic environments.
  • Effective relationship builder with stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Cvent experience is advantageous.
