Overview

As the Head of Pricing and Packaging, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our pricing strategy to enhance Pennylane’s market positioning and drive growth.

In Short

• Own and evolve the company's global pricing and packaging strategy.
• Build and maintain pricing governance frameworks and processes.
• Design and optimize product packaging across different market segments.
• Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and monetization models.
• Create value-based pricing strategies for new product features.
• Drive data-driven pricing decisions through advanced analytics and market research.
• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and execute pricing initiatives.
• Work closely with Product teams to incorporate pricing considerations into product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Marketing on pricing communication and value proposition.
• 8+ years of experience in pricing, product management or strategy roles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience specifically in SaaS pricing and packaging.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proven track record of implementing successful projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Fluency in English.
