Pennylane is seeking a Legal Counsel - Equity Operations & Corporate to manage and optimize our stock option plan, ensuring smooth legal and operational processes related to equity management.

• Manage and optimize stock option plans (BSPCE, BSA).
• Coordinate capital operations and maintain accurate capitalization tables.
• Prepare legal documentation and governance records.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in corporate law.
