Legal Operations Counsel - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Legal Operations Counsel to join our Venture legal team and support the efficient management of legal work related to investment deals and overlooking the entire legal operating process.

In Short

• Preparing and negotiating term sheets and other preliminary deal documents
• Advise the business on a wide range of legal issues relevant to investment management and products
• Due diligence reviews of potential investment projects.
• Taking part in intra-group legal projects, such as setting up new entities, restructuring, etc.
• Research regulatory requirements and provide summaries.
• Support legal team in contract management, filings, KYC and compliance tracking.
• Good to have: Negotiating and supporting a variety of complex agreements including deal transactional matters

Requirements

• Master degree in Law
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with contract management and compliance processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in legal tech tools and document management systems is a plus i.e. sumsub, asana
