Freelance Educational Designer - Remote

Overview

Pennylane is seeking experienced educational designers to transform how we train our users at scale. You will work on short-term projects to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our users.

In Short

• Work on projects lasting from 1 week to 6 months.
• Collaborate with the Customer Education team to create structured learning experiences.
• Focus on designing blended learning paths and online courses.
• Analyze existing content and define pedagogical objectives.
• Restructure content for better engagement and learning outcomes.
• Work on content migration to a centralized system.
• Design onboarding experiences for new users.
• Participate in regular synchronization meetings.
• Utilize tools like Notion, Parta.io, and Learnworlds.
• Access user feedback and analytics to improve designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in educational design in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Expertise in analyzing learning needs and defining objectives.
• Experience with learning management systems and content creation tools.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluent in French.
• Portfolio of work required.
• Appreciated experience in fintech or accounting.
• Familiarity with content migration projects.
