Overview

The product content team creates documentation and UI copy that educates Pendo users on all features, functionality, and best practices. The team’s key responsibilities are to keep our Help Center and UI copy accurate and up to date.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Zendesk, and Figma.
• Experience with Pendo is a plus.
• Experience in writing integration content for apps.
• Coding experience is beneficial.
• BA/BS or higher in relevant fields.
