The Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who supports regulatory compliance and quality improvement activities across multiple ambulatory surgery center (ASC) locations nationwide.

• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Quality/Compliance.
• Strong experience in healthcare compliance, accreditation, or licensing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to help staff design and document process improvement activities.
• Proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare or ASC operations preferred.
