Overview

The Quality/Code Compliance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and auditing life safety and healthcare code compliance records, ensuring adherence to regulations, and supporting departmental projects and training.

• Maintain and audit healthcare code compliance records.
• Ensure compliance for inspections and maintenance.
• Conduct training and maintain records for the department.
• Act as Project Manager for internal projects.
• Oversee grounds maintenance on and off campus.
• Work under the direction of the Operations Manager.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
• Strong PC skills required, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physical activities may include light work and close visual acuity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Control and Compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret applicable codes and laws.
• Maintain effective working relationships with Associates.
• No supervisory responsibilities assigned.
• Ability to perform physical demands of the role.
