Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU will deliver and coordinate high-quality nursing care for patients, focusing on compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Nursing - RN.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience; greater than 1 year preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of patient care processes.
• Strong knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act.
• Ability to process complex clinical information.
• Effective delegation skills within a team setting.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology.
• BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification required.
• Registered Nurse license in Tennessee.
• Certification in a clinical specialty preferred.
