Overview

The Quality and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of policies and processes that ensure quality outcomes and regulatory compliance within the healthcare program.

• Facilitates development of policies and procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Identifies quality and compliance issues within the program.
• Develops education for employees on regulations and quality initiatives.
• Contributes to the annual Quality Improvement Plan.
• Coordinates submission of regulatory compliance data.
• Develops audit and tracking tools for quality initiatives.
• Documents and implements process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational compliance or quality improvement.
• Experience with regulators in human service or community-based healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in human services or medicine is a plus.
