Asbury is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment efforts, developing innovative strategies to attract and hire top talent.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies.

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Manage recruitment budget and resource allocation.
  • Drive initiatives for representation in leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Professional HR certification preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record in recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS and HR technologies.
  • Experience in data analysis for recruitment metrics.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project and budget management.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
