Talent Acquisition Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager / Recruiter Manager to join our team and take ownership of both client relationships and candidate delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles and accounts simultaneously. This is a key role that bridges the gap between clients and recruiters to ensure top-tier talent delivery.

In Short

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Manage recruiter performance and ensure timely, quality candidate submissions.
• Oversee the entire candidate lifecycle—from sourcing to offer—across multiple job requisitions.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate status updates with both clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of open roles, submissions, interviews, and hires.
• Partner with the recruitment team to refine search strategies and prioritize urgent roles.
• Resolve any issues or concerns from clients or candidates quickly and professionally.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand changing needs and gather feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting or staffing role, preferably agency-side.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems; proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
