Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees the entire process of finding, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and improving both recruitment and candidate experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
