Overview

The Clinical Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and improving clinical processes within the organization.

In Short

  • Work with clinical departments on compliance and process improvement.

  • Oversee development of Care Management policies.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends.
  • Conduct data analyses and prepare reports.
  • Perform internal clinical audits for quality assurance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for state regulators.
  • Develop corrective action plans for compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with various organizational leaders.
  • Ensure alignment in clinical performance measurement.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • 3 years in case management or managed care.
  • 1 year in evaluating or revising work processes.
  • 3 years in auditing or monitoring functions (preferred).
  • 3 years in healthcare or health insurance industry (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop action plans.
  • RN, LCSW, LSW, LPC or related clinical licensure required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
