Overview

DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator who will excel as a dialysis nurse, mentor, and clinical expert, significantly impacting the lives of patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

In Short

• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services.
• Ensure high-level care and safety for patients.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required.
• Preferred certifications: CNN or CDN.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred.
• A.D.N. required; B.S.N. preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required.
• Successful completion of a color blind test required.
