Clinical Coordinator - Remote

Overview

DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center, making a significant difference in the lives of patients dealing with chronic kidney disease.

• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services.
• Ensure the highest level of care for patients.

• At least 6 months of dialysis experience required.
• Current RN license and CPR certification required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required.
• Preferred certifications: CNN or CDN.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willingness and ability to supervise required.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N preferred.
• Completed training approved by medical director required.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
