The Clinical Coordinator at DaVita plays a crucial role in delivering quality care in an outpatient dialysis center, focusing on the well-being of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to float to various clinics during training.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
